Zippy Pizza Inc Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

I. Introduction

The Zippy Pizza Loyalty Rewards Program is a rewards currency program that allows customers to earn and redeem rewards on qualifying purchases. Zippy Pizza rewards can be earned by making qualifying purchases in accordance with these Zippy Pizza Inc Terms and Conditions. Rewards have no cash value until such time as the rewards are redeemed thru purchases via the Heartland App or in the store. Zippy Pizza Rewards Terms and Conditions are subject to change and may be revised without notice.

Participation in the Program is volunteer only and are subject to the Zippy Pizza Terms and Conditions 

IMPORTANT: CUSTOMERS HAVE NO OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN THE REWARDS, AND THESE REWARDS COLLECTED DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROPERTY. THE USE OF THE WORD "EARN" IN THESE ZIPPY PIZZA LOYALTY REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR IN ZIPPY PIZZA LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM MARKETING MATERIALS DOES NOT IMPLY THAT LOYALTY REWARDS HAVE ANY VALUE PRIOR TO REDEMPTION.

II. Earning Loyalty Rewards

Loyalty Rewards can only be redeemed by the customer.

A. Loyalty rewards are earned by purchasing qualified items on a 3 tier level.

• Bronze – Silver - Gold
• Loyalty Rewards are collected by making 10 qualified purchases, then the reward is available to redeem, then the customer moves up to the next level & must make 10 more qualified purchases to redeem that reward. Gold level is last after making another 10 qualified purchases. Once customer reaches Gold level, the customer moves back to Bronze level.
• Loyalty Rewards are either a percentage off or a $$ amount off. Zippy Pizza has the right to change how your rewards are earned at any time from percentage or dollars off

Zippy Pizza Loyalty Rewards cannot be redeemed for purchases of the following:

• All Daily Specials
• Thursday Specials
• Catering Items
• Gift Cards
• Pop

Zippy Pizza reserves the right to add, modify or delete qualifying restrictions on product categories or products from the above list without notice.

III. Redeeming and Using 

• Loyalty Rewards can be applied to direct purchases made from Zippy Pizza, in our mobile app or in store.
• Loyalty Rewards are non-transferable and non-assignable. 
• Loyalty Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash
• Loyalty Rewards cannot be split or added to other purchases
• Loyalty Rewards cannot be combined with other discount or offers, 1 Loyalty Reward redeemed per visit

IV. Expiration of Loyalty Rewards

• Loyalty Rewards does not expire 
• Zippy Pizza reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the Loyalty Rewards Program, in whole or in part, or change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time for any or no reason.
